NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to and Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 000391 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Sunshine Financing Inc. is the plaintiff and Selling Paradise, LLC., Jo. A. Martello a.k.a JoAnn Martello, the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Florida Department of Revenue, Jarala Entertainment LLC, are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on October 10, 2017, State of Florida Quota Alcoholic Beverage License 68-04355 series 4COP for use in Sarasota County, Florida.
NOTICE: ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
