NOTICE OF TRUST, RICHARD F. BURNS, a resident of Sarasota County, Florida, died on June 13, 2017. No formal administration of the estate is anticipated at this time. During his lifetime the decedent was the grantor of a trust entitled: Richard F. Burns Revocable Trust dated September 4, 2015, which is a trust described in Florida Statutes Section 733.707(3) and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Florida Statutes Section 733.607(2). A NOTICE OF TRUST has
been filed with the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, whose address is 2000 Main Street, Room 102 Sarasota, FL 34237. The names and addresses of the Trustee and the Trustee's attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate are requested to file their claims with this court and with the Trustees WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE. ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTHH IN SECTION 733.710 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
