NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 6, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007882 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and PETER SUKNOVICH; PHYLLIS SUKNOVICH; JULIE TATGENHORST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIE TATGENHORST; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; PETER SUKNOVICH (SON); CEDAR GROVE AT THE WOODLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 11 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 82, CEDAR GROVE PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 42, 42A THROUGH 42S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
