NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-000525 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PROF-2013-S3 Legal Title Trust, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Legal Title Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Rose Marie Giovenco, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jovanna Tojerro, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 20, BLOCK 6 OF RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
