NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-010276 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and BENJAMIN FELICIANO, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 6, BRANDON RIDGE, UNIT 2, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4411 Brandon Ridge Drive, Valrico, Florida 33594
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
