NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-CA-002595 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank will sell to the highest and best bidder the subject property at public sale on October 17, 2017 at 10:00 am The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
