NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2017, and entered in 13-011361-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DAVID HELMS A/K/A DAVID L. HELMS; ROBIN A. HELMS A/K/A ROBIN HELMS; JOSEPH M. BEARSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; CITY OF ST. PETE BEACH A/K/A CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH, FLORIDA; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
