NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-011215-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Ralph P. Scipione a/k/a Ralph Paul Scipione, deceased; Janet A. Dooley, as an heir of the estate of Ralph P. Scipione a/k/a Ralph Paul Scipione, deceased; Judi M. Scipione, as an Heir of the Estate of Ralph P. Scipione a/k/a Ralph Paul Scipione, deceased; Donald J. Scipione a/k/a Donald D. Scipione, as an heir of the Estate of Ralph P. Scipione a/k/a Ralph Paul Scipione, deceased; Judi M. Scipione, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Ralph P. DBA NationsBank, NA are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 9, 10, 11 AND 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
