NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-007584-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Bruce Shanker; The Unknown Spouse Of Bruce Shanker ; HRLD Enterprises, Inc. As Trustee Under the Provisions of a Trust Agreement Dated August 24, 2005 And Known as Trust #2030 46Th Street Land Trust; Rhona Twardochleb As Trustee Under The Provisions Of A Trust Agreement Dated August 24, 2005 And Known As Trust #2030 46Th Street Land Trust; The Unknown Beneficiaries Of A Trust Agreement Dated August 24, 2005 And Known As Trust #2030 46Th Street Land Trust; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein names individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
