NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 07-006545-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR4 is the Plaintiff and William L. Crump; Unknown Spouse of William L. Crump, If Any; William V. Tomlinson; Unknown Spouse of William V. Tomlinson, If Any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Amscot Corporation; John Doe And Jane Doe As Unknown Tenants In Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, BAY COLONY ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT 46, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
