YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES HOMEOWNERS' ASSN., INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 7E, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES UNIT I, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 84, Pages 24-25, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2928 Bancroft Circle East, #E, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10-23-17, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
