NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-001856-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Plaintiff and RODERICK CONNER A/K/A RODERICK PIERRE LAMAR CONNER A/K/A RODERICK PIERRE CONNER A/K/A RODERICK P. CONNER A/K/A PIERRE LAMAR CONNER, DECEASED; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on October 16, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
