NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-001831-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Lori A Boozer; William S Boozer; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Paul Oliveira; United States Of America Department Of Treasury; Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property; Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
