NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-007736-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Margarette L. Harris; Unknown Spouse of Margarette L. Harris; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 40 AND 41, BLOCK E, GREENWOOD PARK NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
