NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 30, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-002984-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH W. ARAMINI; BETH A. ARAMINI; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JOEY ARAMINI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 73 FEET OF THE NORTH 195 FEET OF THE EAST 103 FEET OF BLOCK 151, MAP OF SUTHERLAND, AS FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 29, 1988 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
