NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 1008, together with undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of BEAU MONDE, a condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 3877, Pages 489 through 578, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Pages 80 through 86, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
