NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004352-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Beverly Rae Perkins-Hines f/k/a Beverly Rae Perkins f/k/a Beverly R. Perkins, as an Heir of the Estate of Doris J. Perkins a/k/a Doris McCoy Perkins f/k/a Doris Joan McCoy, deceased, James Lewis Perkins, II a/k/a James L. Perkins, II a/k/a James Lewis Perkins a/k/a James L. Perkins, as an Heir of the Estate of Doris J. Perkins a/k/a Doris McCoy Perkins f/k/a Doris Joan McCoy, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
