NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Contested Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-006690-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and SANDRA D. MACCALLISTER; LUTHER JAY MOON, III A/K/A LUTHER J. MOON, III A/K/A LUTHER JAY MOON; THE ESTATE OF FRANCES L. PENMAN A/K/A FRANCES LANIER PENMAN A/K/A FRANCES MOON PENMAN F/K/A FRANCES L. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of October, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Contested Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 1, A RESUBDIVISION OF ALL OF BLOCK 30 OFFICIAL MAP OF TARPON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
