NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-007183-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-13, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-13 is the Plaintiff and Diane Crennan; 1051 SW, LLC; Shipwatch Ten Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL, COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 1051, BUILDING 11430 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. IN ACCORDANCE WITH TIIE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SHIPWATCH TEN, A CONDOMINIUM, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8620, PAGE 634, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 114, PAGE 55 TIIROUGH 74 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 28 AND 29, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PTNELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
