Book 4858, pages 80 through 141, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, pages 36 through 48, inclusive and amended in Condominium Plat Book 35, page 43 et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
