NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 21, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-005037-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2005-WMC3 is the Plaintiff, and YSULIN PARRADO A/K/A Y. PARRADO; BALBINA NASIFF; MICROF LLC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 19, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 30, NEWPORT UNIT NO. 3, TOGETHER WITH THE WESTERLY 10 FT. OF VACATED WALKWAY LYING BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 49. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
