NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-007234-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and SHAWN ECKERT, AND UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA SUE SMITH the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, , are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 12, 2017 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BAY PINES ESTATES, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
