NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-011953-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A , is the Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JACALYN L. ZEHE A/K/A JACALYN LEE ZEHE, DECEASED; ROSETREE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC; LAURA ZEHE A/K/A LAURA ELAINE ZEHE; ASHLEY ZEHE A/K/A ASHLEY ELIZABETH ZEHE; ANTHONY ALAGNA A/K/A ANTONY M. ALAGNA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY; and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 12, 2017 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit F, Building 24, ROSETREE VILLAGE, PHASE 1C, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 47, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 7360 Ulmerton Rd, #24F, Largo, FL 33771.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
