NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000744-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-OSI is the Plaintiff and Adela Watson; Kenneth R. Watson are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK C, ARROWHEAD LAKES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
