NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-009874-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and AGNEL J. CHERUVATHOOR; TEENA PAPPACHAN; STONEBRIAR PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s), Tiffany Moore, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 3, 2017 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 177, OF STONEBRIAR PHASES 2 AND 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, AT PAGE(S) 54 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
