NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2017, and entered in 2016-CA-003389-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PEDRO MILIAN A/K/A PEDRO A. MILIAN, DECEASED.; PEDRO A. MILIAN, JR.; AUDUBON VILLAS AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
