NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9.27.17, and entered in Case No. 17000401CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Lacoursiere, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
