YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for quiet title, declaratory judgment and adverse possession with respect to the following real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
The S1/2 of Lot 12, Block 2 of NEW HOME DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 9 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS the East 383 feet thereof.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Scott H. Carter, Dunlap & Moran, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: P.O. Box 3948, Sarasota, Florida, 34230-3948, on or before November 6, 2017 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Manatee County Business Observer.
