NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CC-1669 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BURGUNDY UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MADELINE ROBINSON is Defendant, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of October, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 320 of BURGUNDY UNIT TWO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 962 at Page 347, and as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 181 thru 186, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4512 W. 3rd Street Circle, Unit 320, Bradenton, FL 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
