YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Polk County, Florida:
The West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 31 South, Range 30 East, Polk County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Scott W. Fitzpatrick, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Owens Law Group, P.A., 811 Cypress Village Blvd., Ruskin, Florida 33573, on or before 10/30/17, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
