NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2017, and entered in 2017-CA-000685-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NATIONSTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-B is the Plaintiff and VINCE E. FRAZIER A/K/A VINCE FRAZIER; DEANNA K. FRASIER; SUN RAY HOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GARRETT FRAZIER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 25, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
