Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 5, BUILDING 53, OF REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at At Collier County Courthouse Annex 3rd floor lobby 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples, FL, in Collier County Florida at 11:00 a.m. on October 19, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
