NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor. Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 on the 19 day of OCTOBER, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Sec 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
Lot 22, Subdivision of Tract E, Audubon Country Club, Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 34, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
