Brandt, Imperial Golf Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; as nominee for RBS Citizens, N.A., AND Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Mark Hawley, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 75, IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 61 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
