NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2017 entered in Case No. 112016CA0020160001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Vernon West, Sr.; Laarni Princess West; Reflection Lakes at Naples Master Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the October 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 414, OF REFLECTION LAKES AT NAPLES - PHASE 2A, 2B, 3E AND 3I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
