Lot 36, Block 8012 of BELLA VIDA, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2005000056034, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose. This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such M.
