YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to the following real property located in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 22, 23 and 24, Block 1978, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 28, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 107, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
(the “Property'')
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher , Esq., the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 2639 Fruitville Rd., Suite 203, Sarasota, Florida 34237, on or before November 6, 2017 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
