NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2016, and entered in 16-004262-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR13 is the Plaintiff and PARRISH J. WERT; WILLIAM J. WERT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CLERK OF COURTS OF PINELLAS COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
