NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2017, and entered in Civil Case Number 16-CA-006175-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RENEE LETOSKY AND PRECIOUS PETS, LLC are the Plaintiffs, and RICHARD JAMES ANDERSON ENTERPRISES, “LLC”, et al are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 220 FEET OF LOT 36, LESS THE SOUTH 8 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS ROAD OF RIGHT CONVEYED IN O.R. BOOK 5191, PAGE 1301, BELLE HAVEN, UNIT B, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 60, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of November, 2017.
