NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-001225-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Lisa Palo; Unknown Spouse of Lisa Palo; The Willows Condominium Association-Seminole, Florida, Inc.; Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 214, BUILDING 2 OF THE WILLOWS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6944, PAGE 1277 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
