NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 6, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-007055-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs,Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through,Under, Or Against Renee L. Miller A/K/A Renee Miller A/K/A Renee Lynette Miller F/K/A Renee Lynette Robinson F/K/A Renee Lynette Morris, Deceased; Lajwanta Sharell Parks A/K/A Lajwanta S Parks A/K/A Lajwanta Sharell Parks-Yoseph A/K/A Lajwanta Parks; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; St. Anthony's Hospital; State Of Florida; Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 38.17 FEET OF LOT 14 AND THE WEST 13.66 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK J, VICTORY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
