and commonly known as: 10800 US Highway 19 N #212, Pinellas Park, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Pinellas County public auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 3rd day of November 2017 at 10:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
