NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure
dated August 24, 2017, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10 a.m. on October 24, 2017, the following described property:
Commence at the Southwest comer of the Northwest ¼ of Section 6,
Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence South 86° 48'21” East along the South boundary of said Northwest ¼ (centerline of County Road No. 124- 142nd Avenue), 390.79 feet; thence North 00° 27'15” West, 33.07 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of said County Road No.124; thence South 86° 48'21” East, 30.06 feet along said Northerly right-of-way line for a Point of Beginning; thence North 01°27'12” East, 150.22 feet; thence North 89°32'45” East, 35.00 feet; thence North 00°27'15” West, 647.32 feet; thence South 86°48'21” East, 89.18 feet; thence South 00°27'15” East, 800.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said County Road No.124; thence North 86°48'21” West, along said Northerly right-of-way line 129.26 feet to the Point of Beginning.
