NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale filed on September 14, 2017 and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-004219-XXCICI-20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff and TORIANO H. PARKER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TORIANO H. PARKER, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a JANE DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a CALVIN WALLS, SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on OCTOBER 30, 2017, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
