NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2018 nunc pro tunc to February 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-006545-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-5 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOEL LEE; TRACY LEE; SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of APRIL, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO 111, IN BUILDING 1, OF SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7827, AT PAGE 2548, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
