NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010142-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LendingHome Funding Corporation is the Plaintiff and Strong Home Equity, LLC; Christopher One; Equity Trust Custodian fbo Alejandro Diaz IRA; Equity Trust Custodian fbo Anna Diaz IRA; Equity Trust Custodian fbo Olga Levin-Diaz IRA; Lenusa 401k FBO Robert Schellenbarg; Butler Bay Association, Inc.; Lake Butler Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, LAKE BUTLER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 47 AND 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
