NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment dated March 28, 2018, entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, Case No. 2017-CA-000747, in which INNOVA INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC AND IZARO ETXEA,
LLC, is Plaintiff, and JERRY W. WINGO, JR.,; and Any Unknown Tenants in Possession, Defendants, and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 15, Block 799, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Twenty-Seven, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 20A through 20F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Physical Address: 21067 Lawson Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33952
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 26th day of April, 2018, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
