Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2017CC004954AX, the Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 504, PHASE I, THE GREENS AT PINEBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1189, PAGES 759 THROUGH 837 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGES 181 THROUGH 185, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at on April 27, 2018. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
