Gonzalez a/k/a Elbia Concepcion Gonzalez a/k/a Elbia Gonzalez, Unknown Party #1 NKA Paloma Rodriguez, IRA Services Trust Co. CFBO Martin J. Saenz Account Number xxxxxx, TD Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Riverside National Bank of Florida, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 24th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
