Marquis a/k/a Daniel Roland Marquis, Elsie M. Hudson, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Sam Luke, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 30th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 160 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1470 FEET OF THE EAST 660 FEET OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD.
